Terms of service
Please read carfully, asking me for a commission imply to accept those rules.
1.
- You must contact me on my Discord or Insta MP (links below).
- Any kind of spam, disrespect and toxic behavior will end our contract.
2.
- Payment must be done only with EUROS via Paypal.
- At least half of the payment must be done after the concept sketch.
- We can discuss for reducing my prices OCCASIONALLY but never bellow half of the price and I have the last word.
- The prices of Backgrounds and Customs depends on your project.
- I will refund you if I don't complete the work within two month.
3.
- You can't resell my artworks, this implies bookcovers/CD, charms etc...
- As I am the creator, I keep full rights of my artwork and i may use it to promote myself.
- You can use my artwork as you want exept for anything implying AI or NFT's.
- You may post, crop, print my artwork but you always have to credit it explicitly.
4.
- If you don't provide feedback within 3 days, I will stop and wait until you respond.
- I'll show the progress (after the concept skecht) if asked or if one of us have any problems or questions.
5.
- I only draw all type of feral or anthro animals, creatures, dragons, dinos.
- I don't draw humans.
- I don't do NSFW but I can do suggestive art (only anthos) or gore/violent art.
6.
- You have to respect my private life.
- I will not change the final artwork once I finished it.
